One, how to fix water leakage in PPC pipes
1、Common water pipe leaks
Remove leaking pipes: The simplest and most direct method is to directly cut out the leaking pipe. After removing the damaged and leaking pipe, it can be reinstalled. This method is particularly suitable for pipes installed on the exterior of walls.

Adhesive bonding: This method is suitable for applications with relatively low pressure, such as pipelines. Adhesive bonding is generally not recommended for applications with operating pressures exceeding 4 kg.
Welding: If the pipe wall of the leaking pipe is relatively thick, it can be welded externally using a hot-melt welder to seal the gap. Note that this method is not suitable for high-pressure pipe fittings.
Welding gun: Utilizes a welding gun to directly inject welding material into the weld joint.
2、Water leaks at pipe connections.
When you discover a leak in your home's plumbing connections, the first step is to turn off the water supply and tighten the connection. If the leak is from a threaded fitting, you can remove and reinstall it. For small leaks, you can use agricultural sealant mixed with putty powder to patch it. For leaks in metal plumbing connections, either tighten the connection or remove and replace it with a new fitting secured with rubber tape. If the leak is due to an old or poorly bonded/welded joint, you will need to replace the entire fitting.
3、Underground drainage pipe leaks
If the drain fittings are made of PPC material, it is recommended to replace them with a new fitting made of the same material. Alternatively, if you do not want to replace the fittings, you can use waterproof sealant to repair the pipes. First, apply the sealant to the leaking area of the pipe, then apply cement-based waterproofing agent and cement on top.
Two. What can be used to seal a PPC pipe leak?
PPC pipe leaks can be repaired with a high-strength waterproof adhesive.
1. First, turn off the water supply valve. Then, locate the leak and assess the condition of the damaged area.
2. Observe the extent of the cracks. If the cracks are only hairline fractures with water leaking out, the repair is straightforward. You can purchase a specialized adhesive specifically designed for repairing broken plastic pipes from a hardware store near the entrance. It is crucial to use a professional adhesive that does not contaminate the water quality.
3. If the crack is large and appears to be caused by impact, and cannot be sealed with adhesive, then measure the diameter of the pipe. Purchase a section of fitting from a hardware store that fits snugly on both ends. Cut out the leaking area, and then attach the two ends with adhesive and sealant.
4、Upon observation, if the cracks in the plastic pipe have been completely filled, localized repairs are no longer necessary. At this point, either you possess the necessary skills and tools to perform the repair yourself, or you must hire a professional plumber to complete the work.
5. If you notice that a water pipe has burst and is spraying water everywhere, do not panic. Immediately close the main water valve. After closing the valve, promptly clean any water near appliances or electrical outlets to prevent electric shock or damage to electrical equipment. Then, contact a repair professional for repairs.
