1、Adhesive application method
We recommend using a concentration of 2%-3% of the adhesive. Simply add the adhesive specifically designed for plywood and mold-resistant agents at 2%-3% of the total adhesive volume, after mixing with the adhesive.
2、Brushing Method
Recommended application: Use a concentration of 6%-8% to cover an area of 20-30 square meters per kilogram. Alternatively, use a sponge roller or a dispensing machine, with a recommended application rate of 30-35 square meters per kilogram.
3、Spray method
When spraying, please move to a well-ventilated outdoor area. The spraying concentration should be 7%-9%. We recommend a spraying area of 25-35 square meters per KG.
Note: If you are focusing on mold prevention for the four sides, we recommend applying a uniform coating or spraying treatment to the plywood after stacking and arranging it neatly. Allow it to dry (depending on the temperature and humidity) for 1-4 hours before packaging.
