I. important Considerations for Using Plywood
1、Formwork: First, lay down wooden planks horizontally on the scaffolding, with a spacing of 1.2 meters, and then lay wooden planks vertically, with a spacing of 0.4-0.6 meters. When the thickness of the concrete poured exceeds 200 mm, the spacing should be reduced.
2、Wall Form: Place three vertical wooden planks lengthwise after the plywood, then lay two horizontal wooden planks connecting them, ensuring to leave space for wall studs and upright supports. If possible, use steel studs to create a large, modular wall form that can be directly lifted into place. All individual form pieces can be removed and replaced.

3、Beam and Column Molds: Cut the templates to the required dimensions, and pre-mark locations for wall penetration bolts. The column mold can be secured using a short scaffolding frame, ensuring it is upright and stable.
4、Clean the panel: For the first three applications, no release agent is required for the particle board. After each application, the panel surface should be cleaned immediately. Do not use hard objects to scrape the panel surface.
5. Construction Notes: After installing the plywood, before pouring concrete, ensure adequate covering to prevent direct exposure to sunlight and rain, which can cause cracking. When removing forms, handle the plywood gently to avoid dropping from heights. After removing the forms, thoroughly clean the surface and apply a release agent immediately. Ensure adequate support with wooden planks and store them neatly in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Two. What should be paid attention to when transporting plywood?
1、When handling plywood, it is important to handle it carefully, as although these boards are made of wood, strong impacts can still cause cracking, which will affect their usability.
2. When selecting a transportation method, preference is given to trucks with enclosed trailers. This is because the panels are protected from environmental factors such as direct sunlight and heavy rain, ensuring the quality of the panels.
3. If large trucks with trailers cannot be used, we need to cover the plywood with a protective layer to minimize contact with the elements.
4. In addition to the above, it is essential to ensure that the plywood is properly packaged and undamaged, as this also affects its lifespan.
