1、Pipe Connections: Use 1/2-inch metal tubing to connect the equipment's main inlet to the pre-existing inlet opening, and another 1/2-inch metal tubing to connect the equipment's main outlet to the kitchen faucet. The equipment's pre-installed 1/4-inch plastic super-clean water pipe should be connected to the swan-neck faucet. (Note: Do not allow the water heater to fill at this stage).
2、Install RO Filter Cartridge: Loosen the connections on the RO membrane housing, rotate the membrane housing cover to remove it, open the RO membrane packaging and remove the RO membrane, and then correctly install the membrane inside the housing. Subsequently, tighten the membrane housing with the RO membrane already installed onto the water dispenser's upper cover. Finally, re-install the entire RO membrane housing and reconnect the tubing, ensuring a secure connection by inserting the tubing into the bottom of the quick connector.
3、System Settings: To be implemented according to the operating procedures for control valves.
4、Soak the filter material.
5、Filter cleaning.
6、Purified Water System Cleaning: After completing the pre-cleaning of the main equipment, open the top valve of the storage tank. once the storage tank is full (approximately 3-5 minutes), close the main water inlet valve of the equipment, open the swan-neck faucet, and drain the water from the storage tank. This process should be repeated at least three times to thoroughly clean the storage tank.
7、Normal operation of the water dispenser: After cleaning the water tank, the dispenser can be used normally.
