One. Tutorial for applying wood grain paper to furniture
1、Wet adhesion
① Measure the furniture's dimensions and cut the wood veneer according to the measured size. Then, apply the veneer. Verify that the cut veneer size is appropriate. If not, trim it accordingly.
② Pour a small amount of water into a small spray bottle, then spray the water onto the furniture. Remove the protective layer of the adhesive. Apply the adhesive to the surface and smooth it out. Use a scraper to remove any excess liquid and air bubbles. Allow it to dry completely.
2、Dry application
① First, measure the dimensions of the furniture and then cut the wood veneer according to the measurements.
② On the sticker, select two points that represent the sticker's longest distance. Carefully remove the protective layer from one of the two points and apply the sticker to the furniture.
③ Then, slowly peel back the protective layer beneath the wood veneer, while pulling and pressing, and then press out any remaining air bubbles.
II. Techniques for applying wood veneer to furniture
1. First, thoroughly clean all furniture and surfaces in the house with a damp cloth. It is recommended to use a wet towel to remove dust and debris. Also, prepare the adhesive.
2. Clean furniture should be cleaned and allowed to dry thoroughly after opening windows for ventilation. If the previous furniture was previously painted, all the paint on the areas to be covered with the adhesive should be removed.
