1. Wall panel installation method
1、Install horizontal and vertical support beams.
When installing wall panels, we first measure the wall's height and width, mark the locations for drilling, and fix the vertical studs. Then, we attach the horizontal studs to the surface using angle brackets and screws.
2、Install decorative panels

Attach the decorative panels to the supporting frame. These decorative panels, also known as surface panels, are commonly made of materials such as high-density fiberboard (HDF), phenolic board, and calcium silicate board. These materials provide waterproofing, moisture resistance, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3、Wall corner treatment
When installing drywall, the panels are typically flat. While unusual shapes are rare, flat wall surfaces are the norm. What is the best way to handle corners when installing drywall on walls with corners?
By utilizing materials with both concave and convex edges, this installation issue can be resolved. The protruding edges are referred to as "positive edges," while the recessed edges are referred to as "negative edges."
II. important considerations for wall panel installation
1、Wall panel installation should begin with the large surfaces and then proceed to the openings. Installation should start from the joint between the wall columns.
2. Clean the work surface of dust and debris, mark the positions for wall and ceiling partition boards according to the design specifications, indicating window openings and pipe/cable routes and pre-drilled holes, mark the assembly line, and check the flatness of the floor. If the floor has depressions greater than 40mm, use fine concrete to level it, and the concrete must reach a strength of 2.5 MPa before construction.
3. Apply the adhesive to the bonding surfaces of the wall panel ends and side edges, ensuring a minimum thickness of 5mm. The application should be uniform.
4、When patching is required, cut the boards according to the actual dimensions and mark the cutting lines. Fill the vertical cuts with cement mortar, and when joining, apply a thin-bonding agent.
5. After wall panel installation is complete, the curing period should not be less than one week. During the curing period, avoid impact to prevent damage to the wall and cracking.
